Exactly as pictured; simple setup and ease of operation. If you keep the water tank at least 3/4 full, it's whisper quiet. The lower the water level, the louder the motor sounds. was hesitant about how well this would work but I wanted to try an inexpensive cat fountain as I didn't know if my cat would use it. She still prefers to drink from the sink (a horrible habit we started), she absolutely does use her fountain. Great buy!
